This position is responsible for providing prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to residents assigned to him/her under the direction of the physician supporting the medical plan of care and meeting the written comprehensive care plan objectives, while functioning within the appropriate scope of practice.This position is responsible for working to fulfill the goals and objectives of the Nursing Department and Tabitha Home, Inc.  Responsible for delivery of quality service, promoting good public relations and for upholding the mission and standards of the facility.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

Nebraska license or temporary permit from the Nebraska Department of Health, Registered Nurse.

EDUCATION/TRAINING, AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing approved by the State of Nebraska, Registered Nurse.
