Noll Human Resource Services was founded in 1976 by William T. Noll, initially as a selection and management consulting company to help clients accurately select from groups of potential employees. We soon realized a need also existed to help locate these individuals. So we expanded our business to cover searches on both a permanent and temporary basis.
